15-Minute Discovery Call A complimentary introduction to discuss your health goals and whether we're a good fit.	Free No charge
New Patient — Adult Comprehensive initial consultation, up to 90 minutes.	$350 Up to 90 min
New Patient — Minor Comprehensive initial consultation for patients under 18, up to 60 minutes.	$200 Up to 60 min
Follow-Up Visit In-person or telehealth. Billed in 15-minute increments.	$60 Per 15 min

Laboratory fees and supplements are not included in visit fees and will be billed separately.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Milbauer Functional Health is not contracted with any insurance company.
